Warning Signs of Eating Disorders

  • Abnormal preoccupation with body appearance or weight.
  • Abnormal preoccupation with food, nutrition, calories, health, and/or cooking.
  • Frequent trips to the bathroom after meals.

  • A significant change in appetite.
